  4. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our team. A prepaid shipping label may be provided for defective or damaged items.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as the returned item is received and approved.

5. Warranty Information
