Unopened and Unused Products: If you receive a product that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your device arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used medical devices.
Products that have been customized or programmed for specific use cases.
Consumable items (e.g., disposable components).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at mkt@imdsl.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our team. A prepaid shipping label may be provided for defective or damaged items.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as the returned item is received and approved.
5. Warranty Information
All IMDSL Diabetic Laser Therapy devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for full details.
